TTEC Digital needed a way to deploy consistent email signatures across multiple brands, with display requirements that varied by role, department, and more.
Solution
Astuteo built a one-page tool with a dynamic preview pane to allow team members to add contact information, related partner highlights, and a timely promotional banner.
The ever-changing needs of the email signatures required both a content management tool for admins and a front-end interface for users. Marketing was able to manage the options available to users, while users were able to construct their own signatures as needed. Once built, pre-formatted HTML code was provided for the employees to copy and paste into Microsoft Outlook.
