Does Astuteo use AI for web development?

Unequivocally yes. Astuteo actively leverages AI tools, including Claude Code and OpenAI, across the development lifecycle. AI delivers radical improvements to scope planning, documentation, managed execution, bug fixing, and code review. Used judiciously, it allows us to deliver a better product faster.

That said, AI copies established patterns. This is ideal for coding, especially when supported by official documentation, but a completely different story for strategic and creative work. Even when AI surfaces a genuinely useful insight, that same insight is likely being offered to everyone asking the same question. Our current working belief is that originality cannot come from AI, only from the people using it.

Astuteo's approach is to use AI as a structural and executional tool, not a creative replacement. In development, it's deeply embedded. In strategy and content, AI offers framework to organize thinking, keep work on track, and accelerate the process, but requires the intentional preservation of human ideas, creativity, and voice.
